This notice explains how iExemplify Youth Academy uses personal information shared through this website.

Information we may collect

When a parent or guardian uses our Join enquiry form, we may receive their name, email address and the message they choose to send. The form asks for only the information needed to reply. Please do not send sensitive information about a child or young person, such as their full name, date of birth, school, health or medical information, through the form.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, provide information requested and, where needed, follow up about that enquiry. We handle it because a parent or guardian has asked us to respond, and we aim to use only what is relevant to that purpose.

Our form provider

The Join form is delivered using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. Information entered into the form is sent through that service to the Academy email inbox. Please read FormSubmit’s privacy information before using the form if you would like to understand how it handles submitted data.

Keeping information safe

We take reasonable care to limit access to enquiry information and keep it secure. We do not keep it for longer than is reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry and related record-keeping needs.

Children and young people

This website is intended to be used by parents and guardians when making an enquiry. Young people should ask a parent or guardian to contact us where appropriate. We do not ask for child profiles or knowingly invite children to submit personal information through the Join form.

Cookies, analytics and external links

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels. It does use essential browser storage through its offline/PWA feature to help the site work when a connection is unavailable. Links to social media, book retailers and other external websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own privacy practices.

Your choices and questions

We do not sell personal information. If you would like to ask about information connected with your enquiry, update it, ask us to delete it where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern, please email [email protected].

We may update this notice when the way we run the website or handle enquiries changes. The latest version will always be published on this page.
